International Shipping

For customers outside of Viet Nam, please note that some international shipments may experience significant delays due to Covid-19 and its impact on carrier services. As of writing (5/8/2020), we are only accepting international orders from Japan; Malaysia; the Philippines; Singapore; Taiwan. Shipping time with our international carrier, EMS, takes approximately 14 working days. Please pay attention to all delivery information as it may have important information regarding delivery dates. Unfortunately, we do not accept refunds due to delays in orders caused by local customs detention and service interruptions. Thank you for your understanding in this matter.

  1. How do I qualify for free shipping?Free shipping is available for local orders (Viet Nam) when your transaction total hits a certain amount. Simply tap the Shopping Cart icon at the top of your screen to see whether you have qualified for free local shipping.
  2. How long will it take for my order to arrive?

    Generally, local delivery takes about 5 business days. Delivery services are unavailable on public holidays such as Christmas Day, The First Day of the Lunar New Year, Easter, and of course, Mid-Autumn Festival. Delivery services are also delayed during typhoons, Red and Black rainstorms, and environmental factors that may endanger our staff.
  3. May I select a delivery date?

    Unfortunately, we are currently unable to accommodate specific delivery dates. Our local Viet Nam courier partner, VNPost, will be contacting you with more details about your order’s delivery time and date.
  4. Where do you deliver to in Viet Nam?

    Ho Chi Minh, Da Nang , Ha Noi …Grab (HCM), Gojet (HCM), Viettel post, Ahamove, TSN International Airport, container terminals, logistics centers, warehouses, hotels.
    Shipping may not be applicable to restricted areas and hotel rooms. Shipping service may not be available for walk-ups i.e. buildings without elevators. If your building’s elevator is currently out of order we will contact you to arrange a new delivery date.
  5. Is there a way for me to check on the status of my shipment?

    Upon confirmation of your purchase, we will prepare your shipment for delivery. Once your order is ready to be shipped we will notify you of your order’s delivery tracking number, which you then may use to check on the status of your shipment.
  6. What can I do if my order and/or shipping information is incorrect?

    If shipping information is incorrect due to user error, Tai Thong reserves the right to charge additional fees for rearranging shipping.
